We had been looking for a realtor for some time prior to meeting Valarie. We had gone to many open houses and searched for realtors in town, but none seemed to fit with what we had envisioned. We were first time home buyers, and many realtors we had talked to were pushy and wanted us to buy outside the price range we were comfortable with. We just weren’t happy with the results we were getting and were becoming quite discouraged with the entire process.
Finally, we found Valarie. She was the perfect match for us. She was always happy and smiling and willing to listen to our wants and needs when it come to home buying (something we had not been able to find previously). She was so easy to work with, always there when you called or wanted to go see a new house on the market. She was literally there the same day on most occasions, and since my husband and I both have full-time jobs, she frequently took the time to meet us either after work or on the weekends. She was also so patient with us as we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted in a home. We looked in several different locations around the Dallas metropolis, looked at different styles, different price ranges and sizes. She was more than happy to help and always had great information to share about the properties. She did her research (even on short notice) and was prepared for any questions we had.
When we finally settled on a house, Valarie acted quickly as houses in this market go fast. There ended up being multiple offers and we were afraid we would either lose the home or end paying over market value in order to get it. Thanks to Valarie, we not only got the house for under our original budget, but were also able to move in less than 20 days later and get out of the rental we were currently in. We couldn’t have been happier with her or her amazing work ethic!
Valarie went above and beyond when it came to being our realtor, and I would recommend her to anyone I know (and already have to several). Trust me, you will not be disappointed with her as your realtor.
