Our journey began with Valarie after a negative home buying experience with another realtor. From the beginning, we knew Valarie was different and truly had our interests at heart. She always answered our questions with the blunt, realistic, and honest truth. In fact, she never wanted us to make a decision that we didn’t feel comfortable with or that wouldn’t suit our needs for a first home. When we first met Valarie she said she wanted to be the realtor that we loved, not just the realtor who sold us a house. Today, my wife and I can say that Valarie not only lived up to that, but exceeded our every expectation. When we were frustrated with the sellers, she was there day and night to hear us. When planning renovations, she put us in touch with contractors that turned our house purchase into our home. Even after settling into our home, Valarie was interested in seeing updates and hearing what we had done with our new home. We only wish any other person buying a home would have as a great a realtor as we did. She truly made the experience memorable and fun!
